am i overreacting or is this guy insane?

we matched on hinge several days ago and have been texting/calling a lot ever since. in the beginning he seemed cool until he began acting extremely possessive, clingy, and insecure. at some point i blocked him to save my sanity and he texted me from a second number begging me to unblock him and explain myself. we talked things out and he’s been being even more aggressive ever since. what do i do?
