Winch hit reg is questionable

Sometimes you miss and after 2 sec you're in the winch anim and the enemy in your face. Sometimes you hit but actually y'know what? No you didn't actually land the hit cause fuck you. The times me and my enemy have been surprised that I hit a winch I shouldn't is crazy
