One of my favorite (Punisher) books
Low print run cover of Vol. 2 Issue #100. Most would be familiar with the silver foil cover with the gun embossed on it. One of my first comics when I was a kid was Volume 1 of the Punisher and then when I was around 21 I bought almost the whole Volume 2 run from a collector but could never find this cover of issue 100; at least not for a halfway decent price. Then one day I found a guy on FB who was cleaning out his U-Haul storage locker and I found this in a short box… offered $25 because it looked to be in pretty good condition; turned out to be in GREAT condition (according to CGC). I know grading is a controversial thing so I’ll just nip that in the butt right away; I collect tons of comics and I grade the ones I really like the COVERS of that are with some of my favorite characters.
