cant join TRW. Help

I've tried 4 different cards and they all failed to buy the monthly subscription if TRW, I'm from India. Im 16, My dad doesn't know shit about TRW, He thinks it's just some course, He's asking me to check out another online uni in unacademy lmfao, He ain't know shit fr.

I wanna join it but I can't, If I create a revolt acc on one of my parents' name, Is it possible or will revolt deny the transaction too.
