[PC][2009] Children's Educational Game

So my memory of this game is very vague. Basically, this was a game from preschool and grade schoolers. It was mostly focused knowledge math if I remember correctly but there may have been some spelling and speed typing stuff as well. Basically the game was made up of different levels and each level was its own mini-game. There is probably the most distinguishing part: each mini-game was represented by a uniquely design house in a neighborhood. Upon clicking the house you would start the mini game. They were set in a row with the first level on the bottom left of the menu and going in a row to the right and then looping back around to another row if houses and so on like a snake. Before you could advance to the following levels or houses, I think you had to earn a certain score or level of proficiency on the previous game or games. And if you hadnt u locked a level yet. Then the house was grayed out. The menu and all of the houses were very colorful. Of the actual games I only remember a few. I remember there was one mini game where you kind of played as an outlaw or sheriff in a wild west town outside of a saloon on a dirt road. Basically guys would throw things out of the windows in the buildings on either side of the street and you had to shoot them or something. I believe the items were like math problems or something or maybe sequences to type. Also I think there may have been some sort of humanoid fox character in this game but maybe thats my imagination. The other game I remember was on where you are on a fishing dock at a harbor. There is a man with dark skin and a hat weighing fish for you on a big scale. You would use the scale or the scale would display math problems and you had to do some sort of addition. The fish guy had some voice lines that he would yell out and the one that I remember and which probably the most memorable part of the game for me was "MAHI MAH!!" Aside from the main games, if you beat all of them or something like that you would unlock a new set of mini-games. These however were not displayed as houses in a neighborhood, but you got a new menu that showed an arcade on a street corner. Upon clicking on it you could chooses from one of the bonus games of which there were only a few. I remember these games were much more fun than the original ones and were not actually educational im pretty sure and just straightforward fun. The only one that I remember was in a circus. If i remember correctly there some clowns on the ground holding out a trampoline. and you had to maneuver them to prevent another guy from hitting the ground and bouncing him up kind of like the game breakout. Basically thats all i remember about this if anyone knows of it tyy.
