Any T-Mobile employee here?

Is eSim currently down? I’m trying to switch from an 11 to a 14 Plus and I have been stuck on activating for almost two hours.

Can I have a QR code to restart the process?

Edit: I got the issue fixed yesterday, I was talking to someone from T-Force via Twitter and it took about an hour for the process to be completed. Idk if the eSIM problem has been completely resolved yet.
