eSIM error?

Anyone else having an error in making/receiving phones and texts? I have an eSIM iphone14, that appears to have been set up and activated according to the tech support but some other error that is affecting many other people too.

For a while I thought it was an activation issue, but it appears to be a activated on their end, and I can see bars for Tmobile - I just cannot use the phone
