What protein foods do you feed your toddler?
My 16 month old is a pretty good eater, but she's been getting pickier as she's gotten older. Meat has always been a problem for her - she hates it. We've tried every type of meat and served it every type of way - she'll maybe take one or two bites and then throws the rest of it. She won't eat peanut butter, eggs, or beans. The main way I've been able to give her protein is via cheese and Greek yogurt. I'm really struggling to feed her meals at this point because she only eats the carb (mashed potatoes, rice, pasta) and the fruit. She isn't a fan of veggies either.
Anyone else have a toddler who hates proteins and veggies? What do you do to ensure they're eating well balanced meals?
