I think I got clocked by Steve-o? 😂

So I’m driving home from work last night and I see Steve-os tour bus down the street from my place. I’m in my apt with my Gf pacing and I’m like “babe, what if I got him to sign the titties on my Hook-ups board?” I sat around in contemplation, she thought I was silly. Well I did two things 1. I messaged him on a social and just straight up asked. And then 2. Walked down there, and ended up running into one of his openers that was smoking in the alley. He told me to come by after the show by the bus bc he always loves meeting and taking pics.

So I rush home and I’m like “babe we gotta go back in a few hours!” So I sit down to get some annual training done and I check my phone and see the magic little icon that “steveo is typing”.

Dudes like “yeah come on through! Told security to let the girl with the board come knock on the bus door”

So just like that I’m in steveos tour bus with my gf getting my board signed. I thanked him for all the awesome stuff he’s done for things a lot of people don’t care about (#fuckseaworld) and he put us on his guest list for the show!

Flash forward to two minutes before the show and I miss a message from him bc I have my notis off by that point. Saying in short “hey I got this message from somebody grilling me about my openers joke content and I was wondering if you and your girlfriend wouldn’t mind telling me what you feel about it and if this person is being over sensitive.”

I’m like HOLY SHIT Steveo is asking me for advice on a matter? What alternate timeline did my ass just walk into for myself?

I gave him our thoughts and he thanked us for the input.

Then it dawns on me. “Wait a minute..?”

Did steveo make a connection of “hey I just got this message yesterday and just met a trans lesbian and her cis girlfriend who seemed to appreciate the work I do, I think I’ll ask their input on this matter”

In the end I appreciate the guy so much more now. He’s so kind and humbled and I just couldn’t be happier with such an awesome night.
