endometriosis in afab on testosterone

hey there, so basically i’ve had this pain a couple times a year that lasts for about a week (maybe a little longer) and its happening again and i’m questioning if it’s endometriosis. i’m wondering if any afab people who are on testosterone have endo, cuz i know it usually gets worse when menstruating but i dont have my period anymore. i don’t know what to do im just really confused and wanna get to the bottom of this pain, does anyone else deal with this 😕
