Thank you all for the assistance with the previous post. I have confirmed that the Scroll was presented to Fujita Akino on May 29, 1943. Now comes the real challenge.

It seems to have come from a calligraphy school or a teacher at a school. Can anyone translate what the originally calligraphy says?
