looking for advice on removing these painted on Rick and Morty characters from this bowl

my partner bought me this bowl without realizing there were Rick and Morty characters on it. they gave me permission to remove the paint and paint flowers on it, but i’d like some advice on things that will strip the paint from this bowl. thanks in advance
