Bald spot regrowth, weird hairs?

My bald spot that I made probably around march? Has been making slow but good progress, especially after I started micro needling just over a month ago.

However I have noticed a lot of these short hairs with flat end that seem to be really weak and not attached to a full root, they pull out very easy with just a tiny while dry bulb at the end, they don't seem to grow. Are these vellous hairs? Maybe dormant hairs?
