Irregular periods?

I'm going into cycle 7 of TTC (currently CD1) and planning to follow up with my GP (we spoke at month 3 because of my PCOS and he said to come back in 3 months if I'm not pregnant)

I know he's going to ask if my period is regular and I don't really know the answer. I have PCOS and know some cycles are really irregular and I don't have like 40+ day cycles, but I wouldn't consider them regular.

My cycle lengths for the year to date are below - would you consider this a regular period?
