Section Take Your Mask Off sounds like Kanye’s Last Call

I know close to nothing about music terms so I’m sure there’s a much better way to put what imma talk about. The background of the 2nd part of Take Your Mask Off (specifically at points 2:38-2:45 and 2:58-3:05) sound quite similar to the background of Last Call by Kanye. Every time I listen to the song I make that connection is my head. Does anyone else hear it or am I just losing it?
