As the response rate has effectively slowed to zero, I am publishing the results earlier than planned. The survey is now closed.

Note: At time of publishing, the survey had 476 responses. We have an average of nearly 80,000 daily unique visitors at the moment - so this is a self-selecting drop in the ocean. Use these figures with caution.
