I am currently an instructor for the Legion and the amount of people coming that are unable to pass basic PT standards is aggravating.
You have to be able to run, do pull-ups, sit-ups, and push-ups. 5 pull-ups, 25 correct sit-ups, run a set distance in 12 min, and do 25 push-ups. Practice doing these with CORRECT FORM.
If you are fat or injured, do not cone until you fix your body. It is very likely you will be wounded or worse. Nobody wants a weak person to have to carry them out when they get wounded and nobody wants to have to carry an over weight person out.
Mental health..... don't come here if you have mental problems, depression, ptsd, schizophrenia, alcoholism, drug addiction, etc. This is not the place to make you better, the conditions on the front will make everything worse. If we can't rely on you to mentally keep your shit together, you are a liability.
