vfsglobal support

Hiya folks,

Yesterday we applied for a spousal visa. When we go to vfsglobal support to book biometrics we have a couple of issues
1. We can only select premium service center even though we did not select priority. We wanted to use an Application support canter in Hartford CT. If we have to we can go to Boston but this is a bit more difficult.
2. When we select a center we can't find any dates for when we need it (october) do more come available as the dates get closer.

We tried to use the contact form that vfsglobal provide but it just seems to be customer feedback and not any queries https://visa.vfsglobal.com/usa/en/gbr/contact-us

UPDATE (13TH SEPT) Application support centre not showing up, but looks like they have opened up all the October spots ( at least in Boston)
