If you’re scared of turbulence, I highly recommend this.
First of all, coming from a pilot, turbulence is nothing to worry about. It’s okay to feel anxious when it happens, but it’s important to know that no flight has ever crashed because of it. And us pilots would only be worried about turbulence when we can’t maintain altitude. (We’d have to be flying through a thunderstorm.) Or when someone gets hurt. Second, I’ve noticed it helps a lot of people to imagine that they’re, for example stuck in jello (they won’t fall out of the sky, because they’re just wobbling.) Or, that they’re in a fast train moving side to side or driving on a bumpy road. I highly reccomend turbli.com if you want to forecast any bumps along the way. If you have any questions, please ask!
