Bog Witch - Portal Mod

Hey All, I'm looking for a portal mod to reduce the amount of portals I need. Last time I was playing a Valheim (about a year ago) I had a mod where 1 portal was enough to travel to ANY other portal. It would open the map and show all the portal spots. Thing is, I haven't been able to find one that WORKS with the latest version of the game! I have tried TargetPortal and AnyPortal and even PortalStations. The first 2 just straight up didn't work and I saw that there was a compatibility issue with Valheim Plus. PortalStations did work, but was very buggy to the point of unusable.

Any suggestions here? Anyone have one of these working?
