Were scenes added to S10 on Peacock?

I’m not sure if this has been discussed, but I’m rewatching the show and am currently on S10 - and there are scenes I’m not remembering from watching it (admittedly) 4-5 times already. It’s possible I was distracted, but I’ve picked up on it multiple times. Like before they go to Lake Havasu.. Ariana is talking about needing to refill Charlotte’s meds while she’s gone and Tom asks if they can just do it now, with Ariana responding “oh, so you just want me to do it?”.
