Varicocele military Meps

Hey guys I’m planning on joining the air national guard sometime this year, I have everything lined up in terms of paperwork. The only reason why I haven’t gotten a exact Meps date is because I’m a long term (9 year) marijuana user and I’m trying to clear my system (been sober for 17 days and counting) Now to get to the true topic, I have a large left sided semi asymptomatic varicocele, the thing pops when my boys are sagging it’s visible. (prolly a grade 3) it rarely hurts, it only aches a bit if I run on the treadmill heavy. (which I do 1-2 times a week) Should I wait and see what Meps says or should I just get it fixed I have a urology appt on may 16th
