In need of help of expertise of host/domain for website

Hello, I have a potential client that is in need of a website but they don't want to spend an arm and a leg on webhosting and a domain. Their in the landscaping business so I know it's not just the homepage.

I was hoping someone here would know of a good host/domain combo for a simple website. They're not selling anything just telling about what they do and contacting them. Thanks
