Wtf do I do with this stuff?!

A good mate just dropped round my Xmas present lol - I’m old enough to remember buying this (solid) as a teenager, but haven’t smoked in years. As a chronic pain sufferer, I do have some weed oil that I vape regularly (another friend makes for me lol) but genuinely have no idea how best to use this particular stuff??
