Help!!! cant find Backup

Hi all,

This morning for some reason my WhatsApp reinstalled and everything is gone.....when I try to make an backup its says in the WhatsApp app I have an backup of 1MB, however when I go to my iCloud backup it says 15 GB.....I have a feeling my Old backup is still there somewhere, I just don't know how to reach it.

Hope somebody can help me
