A Girl Who Goes Through Trials. Young Adult Fantasy.
Need Help with a YA Fantasy Book?
Read this book a long time ago. Can't remember the title at all. It's a young adult fantasy, where the girl has to go through trials for the King. Somewhere along the lines one of the trials dealt with poor people or something. But the girl ends up stealing jewels or what not. She gets summoned to the King for being a thief. But when she tells them off for stealing for the poor people. She gets told something along the lines of "Take these to the King and pay your dues." I THINK. It's the only thing I can remember from the book.
- I tried Throne of Glass, that's not it.
- I wrote about this a long time ago, and someone mentioned Graceling. I haven't looked honestly, because I don't have the book anymore and have not had time to go get it.
- I tried googling the line itself in many variations. Nothing is popping up.
If anyone can drop suggestions. Much appreciated.
