Bugs coming from under the utility cupboards

We recently moved in to a new house in the UK. We have many of these strange flying ant like bugs coming from under the utility cupboards. The previous owner appears to have left ant traps so it’s been an on going issue but they don’t look like flying ants to me. We had a leak on the day of moving in caused by a faulty shut off valve caused when the previous owner disconnected their washing machine. I’m assuming the damp floor may be encouraging them but the room has mostly dried out now having removed all kick stands and improved air flow. Could you help identify these so we know how to move forward?
