My Take on Tasha / Zybilna's Backstory (Feedback Needed)

I wanted to tweak the Tasha reveal a little bit for my upcoming game. Due to this I wanted to have a very solid idea of Tasha, and why she created Prismeer. I want to stress that this is for my eyes only as the DM, and will be revealed to the party as they play. Please let me know what you think:

The powerful archmage, and demonologist Tasha had many faces throughout her life, and made many enemies. Amongst those who would rise against her were great demon lords, powerful nobles, and fellow archmages. In an effort to hide away from her mistakes and her past she took to the Feywild. Using her powerful magic she shaped a small section of the Fey Realm, and created the land of Prismeer taking on a new face. Tasha would be no longer, nor would she be Iggwilv the Witch Queen. Now she would be Zybilna, a powerful archfey, and benevolent fairy godmother. Zybilna would be everything Tasha and her other personas were not, patient, kind, and selfless. None would think to look for the cruel demonologist in a land of fairy tales.

Thus Zybilna would remain in Prismeer for many years, and Tasha would vanish…hidden from any who would seek her out, eventually…even herself. The Feywild is shaped by powerful emotion, and by taking on the persona of an archfey Tasha became restrained by the ways of the fey. After countless years of granting wishes, and playing the part of a fairy godmother…it was a fairy godmother that Tasha became. Eventually her facade of kindness became real, her feigned empathy grew true, and the original Tasha was nearly gone. However, even if Tasha managed to erase herself from her own mind her past could not be so easily be obscured.

Of course with the advent of a new fey domain many of the fey began asking questions. Zybilna, Tasha, turned them away with the reassurance of her kind disposition, and lack of ambition. However, the hags of the Hourglass coven who happened to be the adopted sisters of Tasha, were not so easily fooled. Seeing through their sister’s disguise they asked for a place of honor in her new realm in exchange for keeping her identity safe. Zybilna reluctantly obliged. Strangely the hag were rather benign, keeping to themselves, and allowing Zybilna to continue her work. That is until the coven betrayed their sister…freezing her in time with her own magical cauldron...
