How bad is this??

25(f) just wanting to know how bad this will be?? This is the first time in YEARS that I’ve been to the dentist and I see this?? I have never been put to sleep before and just the whole thing is freaking me out. Even getting the iv for the anesthesia scares me. Any help, stories, advice would help me a ton. I’m getting all 4 removed
