Is this fixable?

I purchased a MILWAUKEE M18 FUEL 18V Li-Ion Brushless Cordless 6-1/2 in. Plunge Track Saw Kit w/55 in. Track Saw Guide Rail & Track Connector from Home Depot “on sale” for under $700. Unfortunately, the track saw guide rail was delivered with a bow in it. See pictures. Home Depot will not allow a return of the track only. You either return the whole thing or nothing. As another option, they directed me to Milwaukee service to see if they would take it back. Milwaukee’s answer was no, only if it was a manufacturing defect, and that shipping damage would be the responsibility of the vendor: Home Depot. I’m not happy to return the whole thing partly because it seems like a waste of time and resources! So, part of me wants to try to bend the thing back. Or is this thing just forever compromised??
