What's the best way to find RBG teams

Ive always played Ret Paladin but only ever dabbled with PVP, I've started to get into it more this expansion and set my first goal as to reach 1800 rating.

I struggle to find groups as they always want higher experience than the rating I'm currently at or I think they're choosing higher ilvl Paladins since there are plenty of them.

I'm stuck around 1350CR with an 202ilvl and cant seem to find a group that sticks around for more than a couple of games, win or lose.

Is it better to try an old find a guild or are there better ways of playing with the same people.
