What bugs have you personally encountered?

I saw a comment that got a handful of upvotes that said:

Reddit is just a chamber of echoes. If I didn't come here from time to time l wouldn't know it's [TWW] known for being bugged.

Most bugs people are referring to l'm sure they didn't see in person they just read about them.
