Getting an invite for M+ is easy

I can't stand the everlasting complaining about not getting invites for M+ in this subreddit. People queuing for M+ longer than 5 to 10 minutes are doing something wrong. They either:

• que way above their IO
• que way above their ilvl
• que way above their achieved keystonelvl for the dungeon
• only look for 1 specific dungeon
• don't look if your class would complement the group (more likely invite)

I generally don't like the "its always the others fault" attitude. And its not even harder to get groups as a dps, played all 3 roles over the last 2 years.
