This is so stupid 🤦🏿‍♂️. I keep getting nauseous a few seconds into my matches.

My past few matches, I immediately get nauseous, gassed, and weak literally a few seconds into the match, even live wrestling at practice. Why? And how do I fix it?

I noticed this at my last tournament, I thought it was just nervousness, but then it happened but way worse at my last meet. All my aggression and strength drained and I was basically a ragdoll (I still won btw 😎). And then it happened today at practice. We were doing king of the mat (it's like king of the court but with wrestling) and I immediately got nauseous. It killed my aggression, strength, and train of thought.

It doesn't happen during practice, warm ups, chain wrestling, drills, conditioning, burpees, or anywhere else, it's just live wrestling. It's like I'm 100 percent ready mentality, but my body isn't getting the message and quits on me.

I'm eating enough, I'm sleeping enough, I'm hydrated (I could drink a bit more water though), it's not like I'm scared of the other guy I think, I don't get it. Can someone help.
