Videos dont play while phone is locked (I -16pro

I had a iphone 12 pro up until two weeks ago and i could losten to youtube videos and podcasts while my phone was locked. It was very helpful in the gym and such. I just upgraded to the iPhone 16 pro snd iOS 18 and now im unable to do it. Does anyone else have this problem?
