Headrushes?

Hey yall, ive been on sertraline for about 2 months now, i was just wondering if anyone else experienced really intense head rushes? They're pretty rough, one was bad enough i lost my balance and fell back onto the couch, thank god it was there. Any info helps! Thanks!
