I never thought 42 could feel so good! 2 solid years of OMAD and stayed within the same 5 pounds of my goal weight.

Almost a year ago I posted. Stop fasting they said, you’re going to have an eating disorder they said. Well I didn’t stop, I went OMAD and never looked backed!! Turning 41 this weekend and have never been in such good shape!!
