Thanks to the overwhelming support from you incredible lot, I've made more progress on my DDA and I'm starting to not hate it!

Well, so far it's been fun. Some drybrush, necro gold and foundation for turquoise.

The steuggle begins now. It's built, cleaned up, textured and primed. Probably the biggest sub-assembly I've done as long as I live.

If you could have one thing from the game IRL what would it be?

Soooo, technically photo mode is offline during the Joshua crucification scene but... You can just enter the photo mode upon leaving the studio and turn off collision to fly the camera in :)

Got these guys for xmas to help start my army, are they still viable in the game or was this a wasted purchase?

Photo mode got really juicy now. Also, maxed out graphics with path tracing... it's just wow.

Lots of hours in the game and I still find something new ;)

Performance issues?

I did finish the first full-metal death company member. It was fun, took roughly 4 hours to complete (would be 6 but I did humbly subtract time I'd use for taking photos and watch the paint dry). Pausing the try-hard mode and doing something simple felt good. Almost too good. It's a peaceful life.

So I started working on my Death company after all ;) Early WIP. Primed => VMC Steel to Dark Aluminium Drybrush => Panel Liner => Basilicanum Grey => Reestablishing metallics => Initial color accents blocking.

I will never financially recover from this

So... In the name of reducing my pile of shame I'll be painting my death company now. And I've been thinking...
