Newbie here, genuinely confused about these suits and how to get coins

So im currently have been playing love nikki actively but i seem to only have a chance at getting suits from summoning or free log ins.

But what are these? Why do people get these easily but for it seems mine is far from my level capabilites.

Im either too broke or gem less for all events, how do i genuinely go forward here?
