Plateau after losing 16 pounds.
How do I get over this plateau?
I have lost 16 pounds in about 2 months. From 167 am down to 151. I need to get to 140 to be in normal weight range for my height so that is my goal weight. I seem to be stuck at this weight for last 3 weeks. How should i get over this? My primary method has been portion control, lower carb and walking 10k steps. What should i do on top of this? I am at 1450 calories a day.
