Am I being unreasonable about my expectations of progress? (details below)
I'm 21f, 5' 6", 180lbs and I started focusing on health seriously exactly 2 months and 5 days ago. I eat in a 500cal deficit most days, with one binge day on the weekend. I burn 2,500-3,200cals/day and lift heavy 4-5days per week. I do mile walk/runs 5 days every week. I eat 120g-180g of protein every day. I can definitely see more definition in my arms, and my stomach isn't as bloated as it used to be. But I haven't lost a single lb on the scale and I haven't seen much fat loss and I'm really sad. Is this unreasonable to expect in two months? Am I not lifting enough? Not eating enough protein? I'm feeling really slumped and need some encouragement.
