Carthage leader?

Saw they released info about Carthage England and ada Lovelace. which is awesome! I’m really surprised no Carthage leader. Carthage was my most wanted civ for 7 and so thrilled they are adding them. I think Hannibal Barca would be a great leader for them. Anyone know if they are adding leader
