What ships have quickest non-expedited insurance claim times? I think the Mustang Alpha is 40 seconds. Is there something else close if I spawned a new station and just want to grab something and go?

Every time I go to submit cargo on a stations freight elevator, it just sits there and refuses to see the contents on the elevator. (see the two green spinning circles in the bottom left corner.) Anyone have a workaround?

My prison sentence keeps increasing, and I don't know why. I was doing a bunker mission last night and when I shot the last 9tail, it gave me a Level 3 CS. I logged out, turned myself in and got the usual 1 hour sentence. After doing two successful maintenance missions, my sentence is now 22 hours!!

Dear CIG: Can we please have the ability to heal NPC Guards at the bunkers? Or at least have 20-30 second timers to heal any NPCs that may have accidentally shot before we get a crimestat?

When I setup a new account for the PTU, I noticed it had a $175 Store Credit that is not listed in my PU account. Is this new? Can I just go to the Pledge Store and buy a ship for use in the PTU?

What happened to Mercenary Missions? I usually log in and have never had a problem grabbing a mission, but lately I check for a mission and there are maybe 5 available. I hit refresh a few times and some more will come in and then they are all gone again in a few seconds.

What is the reward for completing all 8 of Gilly's training missions? Has anyone been able to do them solo or small group? What ship did you use? I went out with a small group of friends for mission 8 where you have to kill a Polaris, but even with a Retaliator we can barely dent it.

I'm used to the ATLS magically transporting into walls, but today it teleported itself onto the second floor of my Starlancer Max. Luckily I was unharmed and was able to just exit and head back down the ladder. Good times.
