Both were hit by a yonko, one of them got up instantly with a counter attack while the other one was unable to fight. Yet some people say that one of them is unable to beat Bigmom or Blackbeard while the other one is easily yonko level

Admirals can fight on equal footing with Yonkos. Strong admirals beat the weaker yonko. They are in the sam tier, there is no Yonko/Admiral tier.
I saw a lot of back and forth in the last couple of days. Kizaru > Luffy is now a much more accepted take. How did the sbs changed powerscaling ? Or did it not changed anything ? Are the admirals still big mom victims who can't tank more than one hit ?
