Pretty ballsy to host an All Hands VISN HR meeting and start it off with “we know nothing about a RIF” and then proceed to present slides on how to write a resume, network, use Linkedin, and other job search/certification resources 😂

We are a community focused on providing news and assistance as it pertains to Department of Veterans Affairs employees, as well as veterans and their families. We help with the Veterans Health Administration, Veterans Benefits Administration, and the National Cemetery Administration. While we are not affiliated with the VA, we are a community of people who care about our nation's veterans and those who work daily to provide services to them and their loved ones.

Unpopular opinion: everyone trying to “hold the line” (I hate that saying) who is eligible for retirement needs to just retire already and let the younger generation have a chance.
