Piercing bump? Keloid? Irritation Bump? (Piercing is 5 wks old, doesn't hurt more than one would expect, implant grade titanium 18g. screw, too much cleaning first few weeks, took advice from here, saline only since. Redness and irritation is better, but the bump remains)

Two week old nostril piercing. I am concerned it is red or developing a bump. It does not hurt very much. But it seems very red and swollen.
