Is it just me or this game just stutters a lot? i play at 60fps and it's pretty smooth until you move. The stutter becomes more and more annoying when it gets crowded. i tried lowering the graphics to the literal lowest, but to no avail, still stuttering pretty hard. Is it a game problem?
