In “Poltergeist” (1982), there’s a poster for Super Bowl XXII, held in 1988, displayed in the kids' room. Even more chilling, on the day of that Super Bowl, actress Heather O’Rourke, who played Carol Anne, suddenly fell ill and tragically passed away just hours later.
